Coffee tables and occasional tables are historically associated with hospitality, they are shorter than console tables and end tables – the first coffee table came from Turkey, and small individual tables were used in China to serve tea.  Coffee tables are available in a variety of shapes, from square and rectangle to round and oval, even triangular and abstract shapes. Contemporary coffee tables and modern coffee tables have interesting designs and shapes and provide a welcome variation of the standard oval coffee table, round coffee table of square coffee table.

Coffee tables aren’t just for inside the house, nowadays you can find them in the living room or sitting room. As most apartments are relatively small Coffee tables are now designed in a more practical yet stylish way and can be the piece that pulls the room together. We tend to fully maximize the usage of such tables and it incorporates cabinets for storage. Coffee tables are now designed to hold computers, as well as your coffee. When we invite friends to our apartments, this table can draw guests together when seated in the living room and provide a place to set drinks, magazines and interesting travel books.  Coffee tables range from tree stumps to designer-type super expensive creations.  Coffee tables with glass, acrylic, or metal bases often fit best with contemporary decor, while wooden, stone top and woven bases are great for homes with a more traditional slant.   Tables made entirely out of glass or acrylic will of course make your room look spacious this is  important if you’re working with a tight space

Would you love your coffee to be hot or iced cold?

March 18th, 2008

Why hot coffee is always the best choice

Drinking coffee was a social event, in the Arabic world as in the European. Coffee is a widely appreciated beverage that many people love to drink. It is one of the most popular hot beverages that most of people around the world enjoy in morning or during tea or coffee  break. Many coffee lovers are aware that coffee taste best when it is hot. Hot coffee is poured over the mixture and it is stirred to ensure that the sugar is fully integrated.  Hot coffee is just as refreshing as an iced coffee.

Brewing good coffee is relative to the need of caffeine.  If you are making espresso, you have to make sure the water temperature is between 88C (190F) and 95C (205F) for optimal results.  Brew time from the moment the pump is activated until it is finished. Guideline is 20-25 seconds for the optimal espresso. Brewed coffee is best drunk within 20 minutes so as to taste the freshness of coffee. Coffee lovers definitely know how to enjoy a nice cup of freshly brewed coffee. First, you have to inhale the superb aroma of coffee, just like enjoying wine, and slowly take a sip of coffee and allow the fresh aroma of hot coffee flows down your throat.
